A tea to settle the tummy

Fresh Peppermint Tea

Peppermint tea has so many health benefits it is incredible, it is known to relieve headaches and pain, period pains, stress and anxiety but for us it is a great helper in easing stomach upsets and strengthening our immune systems.

When my stomach isn’t feeling to good and I feel like I need a little pick me up I brew up a nice pot of tea. (So British!!)

I have lovely peppermint growing in the garden I pick several sprigs off, warm my teapot first. Add my peppermint leaves to the pot pour on boiling water and stew for about 5 mins. I then pour out into a tea cup add a touch of honey and all sorted I have my own fresh mint tea. (My tummy settler) Give it a try, relieves your tummy upset and gives you fresh breath 🙂
